Overview: Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for Behavioural Health services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits for working with an out-of-network provider?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment: At the time of service, I am able to accept payment by way of cash or check. Preferable to processing credit cards and the associated fees, I am also able to accept payment via Zelle (no charge transfers between banks) or PayPal. (Note: When using Zelle, please use phone number 303-502-4775 to access account transfers.)
If documentation is required for you to appeal to your insurance company for Out-of-Network reimbursement, I can provide that via a breakdown of charges and CPT codes.
Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please ensure at least 24 hours cancellation notice so as to avoid a late fee of $100 (as outlined in Client Services Agreement).
